1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ozone Cinema website, mobile applications, self-service kiosks, or points of sale, you acknowledge and fully agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein, without exception.
2. Age Classification
In accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 30/2016 issued by the Ministry of Information regarding children’s access to cinemas, Ozone Cinema reserves the right to request an official photo ID to verify age before allowing children to enter the screening hall. Children below the minimum age set by the Ministry for a particular film will not be permitted entry.
Film Ratings:
• G = Suitable for all ages.
• PG = Parental guidance is advised
• PG 12 = Adults must accompany children under 12 years old.
• PG 15 = Adults must accompany children under 15 years old.
• R15 = Only for ages 15 and above.
• R18 = Only for ages 18 and above
3. Booking Process
To book tickets via Ozone Cinema’s website, applications, self-service devices, or points of sale, users must create an account and provide all required information accurately, or choose the guest checkout option. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and bear full liability for any activity conducted through their account by others.
4. Ticket Purchase
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Ozone Cinema reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any time without prior notice. Refund and exchange policies are governed by Ozone Cinema’s applicable policies.
5. Ticket Details Review
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all booking details, including date, time, location, movie title, seat type and category, and age rating. Ozone Cinema is not obliged to modify or refund bookings once completed. In the case of an error during a point-of-sale booking, it must be reported within 15 minutes of the transaction. Sales staff are not responsible for providing information about age ratings; this remains the sole responsibility of the customer.6. Discounts and Promotional Offers
Ozone Cinema offers a 50% discount on standard tickets for regular cinema experiences every Monday, excluding public holidays. Additionally, a KD 3 discount is applied to VIP tickets on Mondays, deducted from the total ticket price. This discount is not valid during public holidays.
7. Cinema Entry and Screening Access
Entry to Ozone Cinema and its screening halls requires presenting either a QR code or booking image provided via our website, applications, or the email confirmation. Children of all ages require a ticket, except for children under the age of 3, who may enter for free. This exception applies to one child per guardian sharing the same seat for movies rated E or PG only.
8. Age Rating Compliance
All visitors must adhere to the regulations issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information, including Decision No. (3) of 2025 and Law No. (30) of 2016. Guests who do not comply will be denied entry without the right to a refund. Ozone Cinema reserves the right to request official proof of age, such as a civil ID, digital Kuwaiti ID, or original passport.
9. Ticket Upgrade
Customers may upgrade their tickets to a higher category (e.g., from Standard to VIP), subject to seat availability. Upgrades must be completed before the start of the movie, and the price difference must be paid at the time of the upgrade.
10. Cancellation Policy
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once the booking is completed or tickets have been issued. All bookings are final and non-refundable.
11. Food and Beverages
Only food and beverages purchased from Ozone Cinema’s concession stands are allowed inside the screening halls. Under no circumstances is outside food or drink permitted.
12. Seating
All seats in Ozone Cinema screening halls are categorized as follows: • Family Seats: Eligible for females (individuals or groups), or mixed-gender groups of all ages, which must be present throughout the entire duration of the film. • General Seats: Eligible for all customers, male and female, of all ages. • VIP Seats: Eligible for all customers, male and female, of all ages. It is strictly prohibited to switch or move between reserved seats without prior approval from Ozone Cinema staff. The cinema management reserves the right to modify seat assignments after booking if necessary, in order to serve the public interest or to ensure compliance with organizational policies within the hall.
13. Smoking is Prohibited
In accordance with Article (56) of Law No. (42) of 2014 regarding Environmental Protection and its amendments, smoking in all its forms is strictly prohibited in all areas of Ozone Cinema. This includes: cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and any other smoking devices.
14. Content Regulation
Ozone Cinema bears no responsibility for the content of the films shown, as they are approved by the relevant regulatory authority at the Ministry of Information in Kuwait. Any cuts or modifications (if applicable) are determined by that authority, and customers are not entitled to a refund on the basis of such changes.
15. Code of Conduct Inside the Screening Hall
Visitor comfort and the quality of the cinema experience are a top priority at Ozone Cinema. All guests are expected to remain quiet and respectful during screenings. Talking, singing, shouting, or any behavior that violates public etiquette is strictly prohibited. All smart devices must be set to silent mode, and notifications or screen lights must be turned off.Feet or shoes must not be placed on seats, and sitting in aisles is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in appropriate action by Ozone Cinema, including being asked to leave the hall without a ticket refund.
16. Damage or Loss of Personal Belongings
Ozone Cinema bears no responsibility for the loss or damage of customers’ personal belongings within any of its premises or screening halls. Safeguarding such belongings is the sole responsibility of the visitor.
17. Surveillance Cameras
In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior of Kuwait, Ozone Cinema uses surveillance cameras for security and operational purposes. These measures are intended to enhance public safety and service quality. Recorded footage may be reviewed when necessary, and official authorities reserve the right to request such recordings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
18. Photography and Videography
Photography and video recording inside Ozone Cinema screening halls are strictly prohibited without prior official approval from cinema management. Capturing or recording any part of the screened films, or taking photos or videos for promotional or advertising purposes without permission, constitutes a clear violation of intellectual property rights and the laws governing content presentation.
19. Accessibility Policy for Guests with Disabilities
Customers with disabilities (wheelchair users) are granted free entry to Ozone Cinema upon presenting a valid disability card issued by the Public Authority for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities in Kuwait, and subject to the availability of designated seating in the screening hall.
20. Gift Cards
All gift cards issued by Ozone Cinema are valid for one year from the date of issuance. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
21. Customer Service Contact
Customers can contact Ozone Cinema’s Customer Service Center during official working hours for any assistance. Communication is also available through the official website and verified social media channels.
22. Violation of Terms and Policies
Ozone Cinema reserves the right to require any customer to leave the cinema hall immediately, without prior notice or explanation, in the event of any breach of the established terms or regulations. This may be enforced without any obligation for compensation or ticket refund.
23. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on Ozone Cinema’s website, applications, and digital devices—including texts, graphics, notifications, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Ozone Cinema and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
24. Privacy Policy
Ozone Cinema collects and processes personal data in accordance with its approved Privacy Policy, which is accessible through the “Privacy Policy” section on the official website. By using Ozone Cinema’s services, users implicitly agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ozone Cinema shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its website or digital services. It is also not responsible for any content or opinions published on third-party websites, even if such websites are affiliated with the Ozone Cinema name.
26. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Ozone Cinema reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates or changes.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. In the event of any dispute between Ozone Cinema and any other party, the competent Kuwaiti courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the matter.
