After roaming the world with his human companions, Bluey — the self-proclaimed, seasoned, know-it-all genius donkey — comes back to his hometown of Brayville, where his family and friends still live in the same outdated conditions. Bluey decides to change things through education, but when he encounters a wizard who gives him a magical wand with five wishes, he loses focus on his mission.
